Form for all categories:
All teams will play 2 games on Thursday, 2 on Friday and 2 on Saturday.  They will host and visit 3 times
each during that qualification round.  There will not be any divisions and the games will be played on a
random basis.  After the 6th game of each team (regardless of the final number of teams entered in the
tournament), a general standing will be done and only the top 12 teams will go for the final round on
Sunday.  The top 4 positions will have a bye in quarter final.  For the 1/8 of finals, the 12th position will
visit the 5th position, the 13th position will visit the 6th position, etc.  From that point in time, only the
winners of these games will advance to the next round.  The toss of the coin will be in effect when there is
a "*" on the schedule.  No bronze medal game will be played.
